At EPE we are proud to be able to offer flexibility to meet the needs of your staff and students. We offer you the opportunity to buy in full day, half day or pay-as-you-go packages at very competitive prices. Some examples of these packages and a menu of the types of support on offer are provided below. However, if there is something specific you require that you don't see on the menu, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will write bespoke packages to suit you.

At the outset a Service Introduction Meeting will be conducted. This meeting will be free of charge and will be used to introduce the services EPE can offer, to work with the setting to determine their individual needs and, should they decide to purchase a Service, to explore the most appropriate package of support.

Annual Support Package

Settings are encouraged to buy an ‘Annual Package’ of support in regular day and/or half day blocks which they can then use as they choose to meet their needs. Buying in blocks is an effective way of working with EPE as it facilitates the aforementioned Service aims of developing and maintaining effective working relationships and ensuring there is sufficient capacity to provide the level and range of services the setting requires to meet demand. In this way EPE can help and support positive outcomes for children, young people and their families in a timely and responsive manner. NB We can offer blended working to include remote and face-to-face work depending on appropriateness and need.

A breakdown of costs for a full day and a half day is detailed below, alongside the time spent in schools, please note that this time will include any necessary note taking / visit record writing. NB These costs cover preparation and follow up work within agreed parameters.

Blocks of Support:

Full Day (6 hours): £790

Half Day (3 hours): £475

Settings can purchase an Annual Package by paying for the year in full or in 3 termly instalments (April to July; September to December; and January to March). Examples of ‘Annual Packages’ that have proved popular with schools who have bought back our traded service have been provided below, but any combination of Full or Half Day slots is available – just multiply the cost by the number of Full or Half Days you want.

38 full days (1 day a week): £30,020

19 full days (1 day a fortnight): £15,010

12 full days (4 days a term): £9,480

Pay As You Go

Should settings be unable to commit to purchasing an Annual Package up front, they can purchase ‘Pay As You Go’ support, where payment is made as and when the support is required. Parents and carers can also purchase support via ‘Pay As You Go’.

It is important to note that the level of support available through this kind of package will be dependent on capacity as diaries fill up quickly and hourly/daily rates are higher to reflect the additional workload involved.

NB Preparation and follow up work such as participant packs, feedback meetings and reports are included in the costs of the training sessions, assessments and interventions.

As EPE continues to grow there has been an increased demand for the different services within the team. While Educational Psychology will remain the flagship of EPE, due to demand we have expanded the therapy team and we are now able to offer specific Play Therapy and Counselling SLAs for schools. Until now we have only been able to offer bespoke therapeutic SLA packages under the structure of our EP service.

As demand has grown and we are conscious of the added costs our schools are facing, we are hopeful that our new packages will allow more schools to access counselling and therapy in a consistent and cost-effective way that will ensure we are able to support you to reach your most vulnerable children.
