Lucy Vines

​Senior Integrative Play Therapist 

Lucy Vines is a Senior Integrative Play Therapist with EPE who is registered with BAPT and BACP.  

Following the completion of her degree in Early Childhood studies in 2002, Lucy took a year out to travel to Japan and took the Trans-Siberian Railway home. 

Having returned she focused on expanding her skills working with children with social, emotional and mental health needs. She went on to train as a Play Therapist at Roehampton University in 2004.  

During her career, Lucy has taken great joy in continuing her professional development, completing a foundation course in Systemic Family Therapy, and training as a Clinical Supervision as well as additional courses to enhance her skills as a therapist and in safeguarding children.  

Lucy offers a systemic and holistic approach tailored to each client's needs. She works with children, young people, parents, carers and families, to help alleviate their emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. 

Lucy is a foster carer who believes in supporting children in all aspects of life.
